Privacy Policy

The Enterprise AI Readiness Test is curated by Ganesh Shevade, Co-Founder and CEO of AltaFuturis Solutions. You can reach us at ganesh@altafuturis.com.

When you take the test we collect only:

• Your name, designation, company, city and country.
• Your email address and mobile number.
• Your responses to the ten diagnostic questions and the resulting score.
• Technical metadata: the date and time of submission (in IST), your IP address and approximate geolocation derived from that IP.

Your information is used strictly to:

• Generate your Enterprise AI Readiness result and per-question suggestions.
• Email the result to you and to our administrator for internal reference.
• Contact you directly, only if you request a follow-up conversation.

We do not sell your data, add you to marketing lists, or share it with third parties for advertising.

Submissions are stored in our secure backend database and, for internal reporting, appended to a private Google Sheet accessible only to authorised personnel. Emails are delivered through a third-party email service provider used solely for transactional delivery of your result.

We retain your submission for as long as reasonably necessary to service any follow-up request and for internal analytics on aggregate readiness trends. You may request deletion of your record at any time by emailing us.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Send any such request to ganesh@altafuturis.com and we will action it within a reasonable period.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information. No online transmission is ever perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat your submission with the same care we treat our own client data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
